TRULY A CLASS LIKE NO OTHER! Leave your troubles at the door & let the stress melt away, on our Groove Fit® dance floor! With great tunes & disco lighting; this class will give you toned arms, sculpted abs, pert butt and a massive calorie burn; all while you’re having a great night out! Launched in 2014, by Groove’s creator Amy Hargreaves, this is THE class that will get you hooked on fitness. This class is frequently credited, by our members, as the class they would definitely recommend to a friend. You don’t need to have any dance experience! If you like dancing on a night out, you’ll LOVE Groove! Class Price: £5 (+50p to cover transaction fees) ****** IMPORTANT NOTICE**** Due to the increased risk of COVID-19 transmission associated with group classes, class participants will need to bring water to the session. Sweat towels are not to be brought to the session, due to COVID-19 restrictions. It is also essential that you please read the 'COVID-19 Class Safety Guidelines' on The Peach Doctor™ website, prior to attending a class. This is essential as it informs you on what you can bring to a session and what you must leave at home/car, and also lays out how classes will be run and essential infection prevention protocols that we all must follow; keeping in line with Government COVID-19 Guidelines.
