What type of information do you collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website, PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password,); payment details (including credit card information), basic health information (on the PAR-Q form) comments, feedback, reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.​

 

 

 

How do you collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

If you choose to purchase one of our In-Person Classes you are required to fill out an online *PAR-Q form when completing the booking process. This is to ensure that you can safely partake in the exercise classes. This form must be completed once every 12 months, or if there has been any changes to your health which may affect your safe participation in our exercise classes, or require pre-clearance from your doctor.

(*This only applies to our In-Person classes, not the online/on demand classes).​

Why do you collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To comply with health and safety guidelines to ensure you are safe and well to undertake classes;

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

 

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

 

The Peach Doctor® website (including The Peach Doctor® mobile app) is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us host our website and to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
 

We share your data with our website host on the WIX.com platform who we also use as our main booking and payment site. Your data will be processed on Wix in order to provide an online booking and payment service. This is a safe secure established system. 


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We use Stripe to securely process our payments (for more details about how we process payments please read the 'Payments' section below').

Your PAR-Q form/s are stored on a secure database via Wix.com’s data storage. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. This information will not be shared but will be used for reference for the instructor, Amy Hargreaves (The Peach Doctor®) to ensure you are partaking in the exercises classes safely.

Online Classes (VIPeach® On-Demand)

In order to offer the best online class experience possible, we use an online video platform provided by the company StreamingVideoProvider Services. StreamingVideoProvider Services do not have a direct relationship with Viewers. Information collected from Viewers on The Peach Doctor® website is subject to our (The Peach Doctor®) privacy policy.

Payments

If you purchase an online class pass/monthly subscription or an in-person class from our website, the payments are processed by Stripe, our third party payment provider. Your web browser communicates directly with our Wix Bookings platform and Stripe website, over a secure encrypted link. 

 

For online classes, your web browser communicates directly with our on-demand video streaming platform (provided by StreamingVideoProvider Services) and Stripe website, over a secure encrypted link.

Your banking information is never in the possession of Amy Hargreaves (The Peach Doctor®). Transactions are handled entirely by our payment processor, who specialises in processing online payments. Our payment processor is Stripe (https://stripe.com/payment-terms/legal).

 

Customers only provide sensitive/credit information (credit card details, financials, etc.) to our payment processor. Consequently, your sensitive/credit information will not be stored on our servers. Stripe has its own privacy policy – please see (https://stripe.com/gb/privacy).

How Long We Keep Your Data
 

We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this document and/or the law requires us to. In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years. After which date, your personal data will be deleted/securely destroyed.
