The stomach and core can be one of the hardest areas to train, so, thanks to popular demand, we’ve introduced a specialised class; focusing purely on abs / core. “A few weeks of this class and you’ll DEFINITELY notice the difference!” This abs / core class is a highly effective, mat based abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area. This abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability, giving you tighter, flatter abs, or even that hourglass waist or 6 pack you've always wanted! (* Please bring a mat to class (I have some emergency spares, but due to COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines, it is requested that you please bring your own mats if possible. Any other equipment will be provided at class) Class Duration: 35-40mins All levels and abilities welcome. Class Price: £3.50 + 50p online booking fee. Abs Blast includes: Quick warm up / Ab + Core Activation – greatly improves your results! 30 minutes of focused exercises. Targeting all the major core muscles. Cool down / Stretch – to minimise any soreness the next day. Consistency is key when it comes to sculpting a great core! So all you need to do is come to class regularly & then I’ll do the rest! To push yourself even further, why not combine your core workout with another class to complement your abdominal work.
